Any tips on how to build an audience for affiliate marketing?

I’m just getting started and don’t have much of a following yet. I’ve posted a bit on social media and in a niche blog, but I’m not sure what actually helps people stick around and trust you.

Pick one channel + one micro-niche and build an “email-first” asset: a lead magnet + 5–7 day autoresponder (ConvertKit/Beehiiv) that delivers measurable wins, then publish 2–3 SEO clusters/week targeting low-KD buyer-intent keywords and retarget all visitors (Meta/Google) to the opt-in to drive repeat touches (aim 30–40% opt-in on best pages, 35%+ open rate, 2–5% click rate). Trust comes from proof and consistency—use original screenshots/data, transparent affiliate disclosures, and a weekly “case study” format where you show your process, results, and tool stack (EEAT signals + conversion intent).

Pick one tight niche and document real tests (screenshots, pros/cons, who it’s not for). Publish consistently on one “home base” (blog/YouTube) and repurpose to short-form. Build trust with an email lead magnet (checklist/tools), reply to every comment, and avoid promoting too many offers early. I’ve seen this work well with BizzOffers programs too.
