You can start without a website, but the fastest path is picking one traffic source (SEO niche site, TikTok/Shorts, or paid ads) + one offer type (CPL/CPA is easier than revshare at the start), then build a simple funnel: content → pre-sell page/bridge → affiliate link with proper tracking (UTMs + Voluum/RedTrack) so you can optimize EPC/CR instead of guessing. In my experience it’s realistic to see first commissions in 2–6 weeks with consistent posting or a small test budget, but meaningful profit comes when you can scale what’s working (e.g., stable CPA with 20–30% margin or SEO pages ranking and producing predictable conversions).
