Adidas typically runs via networks (Awin/Impact/CJ depending on geo) and the numbers I’ve seen lately are “retail-standard”: ~2–10% rev-share with a ~7–30 day cookie, but EPC can be solid during promo periods if you’re ranking for discount-intent keywords. It’s worth joining only if you can drive high-intent SEO/paid traffic into sale/outlet SKUs and stack attribution-friendly tracking (SubIDs, deep links, coupon/price-feed integrations), otherwise your effective CPA tends to get crushed by last-click + voucher sites.
