Has anyone tried amazon affiliate software for tracking commissions?

The default dashboard is getting super messy with multiple sites. I’ve been using spreadsheets to organize my earnings, but it takes forever. What third-party reporting tools do you guys actually recommend?

If you’re staying strictly within Amazon’s rules, you won’t find a true “commission tracker” via API anymore (PA-API is for product data, not earnings), so the cleanest setup I’ve used is separate Tracking IDs per site + Amazon’s downloadable earnings reports + automation (Looker Studio/BigQuery or even Sheets via scheduled imports) to normalize by tracking_id, date, country, and SKU/ASIN.

For third-party analytics (not commission reconciliation), I’d recommend Affluent.io or Geniuslink to consolidate geo + attribution and clean up cross-site/link-level reporting; just avoid any tool that claims it can “pull your commissions live” from Amazon—those are usually ToS-risky and break when Amazon changes endpoints.

For Amazon, I’ve had the best luck using Geniuslink (clean tracking IDs + cross-store routing) and Affluent.io (simple multi-site reporting). If you’re also running other affiliate/SaaS offers, Voluum or RedTrack give deeper subID tracking, but they’re pricier. BizzOffers is worth checking too if you’re expanding beyond Amazon.

Check out Affilimate or Lasso Performance to aggregate data across all your niche sites into one clean dashboard. These tools help you identify high-converting content quickly, allowing you to focus your time on scaling organic traffic and building domain authority.

Be careful because some of these “tracking tools” are overpriced monthly subscriptions that barely do more than a decent spreadsheet. I’ve seen people drop $50-100/month on fancy dashboards that don’t actually improve earnings.

That said, legit options like Affluent or Trackonomics exist—but they’re geared toward larger earners. If you’re not clearing at least $1-2K/month in commissions, stick to spreadsheets or Google Data Studio. The ROI just isn’t there otherwise.

What’s your current monthly volume?
