Has anyone tried personal development affiliate programs that convert?

Been in the niche for a few months but my conversions are terrible. Anyone actually making money here or is it too saturated?

It’s not “too saturated,” but most personal development offers die from weak intent matching—cold traffic to generic “change your life” VSLs won’t hold unless you’re pre-framing hard and segmenting by pain-point (anxiety, productivity, relationships) with an advertorial/quiz → email → VSL funnel. Look for programs with EPC/CR transparency and allow retargeting + email, then run tracking (Voluum/Binom) with UTMs + postbacks and optimize on lead-to-sale rate (aim ~25–40% opt-in, 1–3% sale cold; 3–8% with retargeting/7–14 day email sequence).

Personal development can convert, but it’s often “trust + proof” heavy. I’ve seen better results promoting higher-intent offers (coaching funnels, webinars, book-to-upsell) instead of generic courses. Also, presell with a personal story + one clear outcome, and retarget hard. If you want cleaner EPCs, check business/self-improvement angles on BizzOffers too.

The niche isn’t saturated, but you must shift from broad topics to solving specific pain points to build trust and authority. Focus on high-intent long-tail keywords and lead magnets to nurture your organic traffic into conversions.

The reality is personal development has crazy high competition and low barriers to entry. A few months isn’t enough to judge - most affiliates quit too early. That said, be careful because many programs in this space have inflated earnings claims and poor cookie tracking. Are you building an audience or just spamming links? The difference matters.
