I got flagged for breaking the terms and my account was suspended, but I honestly think it was a misunderstanding. Has anyone successfully challenged this, and what kind of proof did you need?
Yes—appeals can work, but only if you treat it like a compliance audit: reply to the network/AM with a tight timeline + evidence packet (traffic source breakdown by subID/UTM, raw click logs or tracker export from Voluum/RedTrack/GA4, screenshots/HTML of the exact creatives/LPs used at the time, and change-log showing you removed/updated anything that could be construed as brand-bidding, incentivized, or misleading claims). In past suspensions I’ve overturned, the win condition was proving intent + remediation: admit the ambiguity, map each alleged violation to a specific fix, and request reinstatement under probation (caps, pre-approval, or re-verification) while keeping all comms in writing.
