If you’re small but want to scale cleanly, don’t build it manually—use a proven affiliate SaaS (Rewardful, Tapfiliate, Refersion, or Impact if you want network reach) so you get reliable tracking (first/last-click rules, cookie window), automated payouts, and fraud controls; manual setups usually break on attribution and reconciliation once you have >20 partners. Start with a simple offer (10–20% revshare, 30–45 day cookie, SKU-level exclusions for low-margin items), pre-build assets (UTM templates, product feed, swipe copy), and recruit 10–30 micro-influencers/publishers to validate EPC/CR before opening it wider.
