If you’re past spreadsheets, you’ll want a dedicated tracker + analytics stack: ClickMagick or Voluum for link tracking/UTMs/rotators + conversion attribution (S2S postbacks), and Affluent.io (or AffJet) to aggregate networks, stats, and payouts into one dashboard; once you scale, add Google Looker Studio + Supermetrics for custom reporting and automated ROI/LTV views. For ops, I’ve managed 100s of offers with Airtable (offer DB + payout terms + caps + creatives) and Zapier/Make to auto-log conversions/alerts when EPC drops or a cap is close.
For managing lots of links + payouts, I’ve had the best results with Voluum or RedTrack (centralized tracking + multi-offer reporting).
