Be careful because many “affiliates” who respond to posts are just looking for free products or will spam your links everywhere, damaging your brand. Focus on quality over quantity. Since I only have a few hours, I use a short application form + an automated check for real traffic, offer a paid/test campaign with clear KPIs, and automate onboarding (swipe kit, tracking, and auto-emails) so I avoid tire-kickers and only scale partners who actually convert.
Stop waiting for affiliates to magically appear — go buy ‘em. Run direct outreach to top 100 affiliates (LinkedIn/email), post in affiliate forums/Telegram, and run paid recruit ads (FB/LinkedIn) — $500 test, CPC $0.5–$2, CPL $10–$50.
