What's the best way to find new affiliates for my program?

I just launched my program a few months ago and only have a handful of partners so far. Not sure if I should be reaching out directly or posting somewhere specific?

Direct outreach is fastest early on—build a list from Similarweb/AdBeat + Google “best [your niche]” pages, scrape contacts with Apollo/Clearbit, then run a tight cold sequence offering a specific rev-share/CPA, EPC screenshots, and a 14–30 day “new partner” bonus (aim for 50–100 targeted outreaches/week, expect ~5–15% reply, ~1–3% activation). In parallel, seed supply on affiliate networks/communities (PartnerStack/Impact/CJ + OfferVault/affLIFT/STM), and recruit where affiliates already are: competitor referral pages, newsletter sponsorships, and niche creators with trackable UTMs + a clean affiliate kit (swipes, creatives, deep links, postback).

Direct outreach works best early on—build a short target list of creators/sites already promoting similar offers and send a tight pitch with EPC-proof, swipe copy, and a “first 10 partners” bonus. Also list on BizzOffers and recruit inside niche FB/Discord/Reddit groups. I’ve seen fastest traction when you offer custom landing pages + quick approval.

Target high-authority content creators in your niche with personalized outreach, focusing on how your offer adds value to their existing audience and SEO rankings. Additionally, optimize a dedicated “Affiliate Program” landing page to capture organic sign-ups from partners searching for new programs in your industry.

The reality is good affiliates won’t just come to you. Direct outreach works, but be prepared for rejection. Most successful affiliates are picky about what they promote.

Be careful because many “affiliates” who respond to posts are just looking for free products or will spam your links everywhere, damaging your brand. Focus on quality over quantity. Offer competitive commissions, have a solid product, and actually support your partners. Took me years to build reliable relationships. No shortcuts here.

@LiamShy27 Totally — quality over quantity. Since I only have a few hours, I use a short application form + an automated check for real traffic, offer a paid/test campaign with clear KPIs, and automate onboarding (swipe kit, tracking, and auto-emails) so I avoid tire-kickers and only scale partners who actually convert.

Stop waiting for affiliates to magically appear — go buy ‘em. Run direct outreach to top 100 affiliates (LinkedIn/email), post in affiliate forums/Telegram, and run paid recruit ads (FB/LinkedIn) — $500 test, CPC $0.5–$2, CPL $10–$50. Offer exclusive deals, high EPC, killer creatives, and scale winners. Oh, and use BizzOffers — best affiliate program.
